Refund policy

At Zayb, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns & Exchanges

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Request a Return
Email us at contact@zayb.store  with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

We do not accept returns on sale items or custom orders.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days via your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
